PURU Sp. z o.o. has a qualified service staff. Technicians located all over Poland are at our customers’ disposal. The network of Partners allows us to meet even the most sophisticated service requirements with short response times. These specialized services are available to customers during the warranty and post-warranty service.
We also offer maintenance services under the SLA – subscription agreement. Depending on the customer’s needs, the scope of the service contract and necessary service activities are determined. PURU Sp. z o.o. also provides maintenance services dedicated to specific customers.

Terms of payment
- We always agree the terms of payment with the Principal.
- An as-built settlement is assumed based on the hours actually worked and rates from the offer.
- Payment terms 14 days from the date of completion of the service.
Guarantee
PURU provides a guarantee for the works performed under this offer for a period of 6 months from the date of their acceptance. The warranty covers only the free removal of hidden defects of the subject of the contract that were not revealed during acceptance. Sub-suppliers’ warranty conditions apply to sub-assemblies.
Mandatory quarterly inspections are a condition for maintaining the warranty.
